On a "scale" of 1 to 10, I would rate this a 9 for sure, Scott! I hope you got this with a telephoto lens, or it was taken through glass, or it is a stuffed Viper, as I would not want to get this close to any snake, let alone a viper! Great capture of the colors of the body and details of the scales, but the eyes have it all focused! Great job!

LOL I love snakes but you are correct, this was taken through glass and with a zoom lens. I don't get close to venomous snakes LoL
